You will sleep in one of the beautiful approximately 30 sqm rooms overlooking the tranquil park. The balconies are south/west facing so you can enjoy the sun for a long time.

You will receive three nights in one of the south-facing rooms of about 30 sqm. Each room has a balcony facing south/west.

To create a special and exclusive experience for you, please note that the number of participants is limited to 12 persons. 


During the retreat you will receive exclusively organic-vegan meals, consisting of a daily rich breakfast, light lunch as well as a daily 5-course gourmet menu (excluding drinks, except for water).  

Let yourself be enchanted by the art of vegan cuisine. The dishes come from an organic vegan kitchen with a special touch of creativity.


The dishes are aimed at vegans who prefer both raw and cooked food. 

We ask you to note that due to the complexity of the cuisine, no intolerances and allergies can be respected, except for gluten intolerances. 


You will receive a total of 5 yoga sessions that cover different topics. The sessions last about 60 minutes and have different yoga styles suitable for all yoga levels. 

The yoga classes take place outside on the property in a quiet place or in the yoga room of the hotel. 


The hotel is a place of peace and relaxation. During the retreat you could make yourself comfortable in the hotel's own park and on the sunbathing areas located there. Or relax by the natural swimming pond and unwind. 

The hotel also has a wellness area with saunas, an indoor swimming pool and a hot stone lounge. You can also try the forest sauna and get new energy. 

Do you feel like a sports session? No problem. The hotel's own fitness room is at your disposal.


True to the motto "Nourish your body, heal your soul" you will receive 45 minutes of nutritional coaching during the retreat.

You will learn the most important nutrition basics. You will learn why the right food is so important and how yoga and nutrition fit together. 


During the retreat you can look forward to a special experience, a joint  forest bathing

(Duration approx. 1 1/4 hour). 

You can experience a mindful stay in the forest, where the focus is on absorbing the forest atmosphere and close contact with nature.


Forest bathing helps you to slow down, to gain new zest for life and to replenish your energy reserves.



Naturs is not only a place of rest and relaxation, but the place also offers many recreational opportunities. Whether climbing, e-biking or hiking. 

If you are interested in any other activity, you are welcome to ask us about it. We will provide you with helpful tips. 


You have the opportunity to enjoy a soothing massage and find even more to yourself and do something good for your body.  Whether singing bowl massage, mindfulness massage or a life energy treatment. We are happy to support you in finding the right massage for you.

During the retreat you will get to know nutritional basics that should help and encourage you to make your everyday life healthier and more mindful.

Franziska Orthey

"Everything happens for a reason. I am firmly convinced of that. Everything I've ever experienced has made me the person I am. And for that I am incredibly grateful." (Franziska Orthey)

Since Franziska was three, she has danced and loved the stage. When she became a Zumba trainer at the age of 15, I was able to turn her hobby into a profession. Afterwards she did the group fitness training and discovered her great love for yoga. Through an internship, she also landed her job as a freelance editor at Women'sHealth, where she quickly specialized in nutrition and everything to do with food.

For a little change of scenery, she then moved to Portugal, Thailand and Greece, where she worked for ROBINSON for a year and a half with a lot of enthusiasm and dedication. But then came the day when she realized that she wanted to go back to Germany. And now she is back here studying health sciences at the Technical University of Munich, teaching yoga and many other trainings, continuing to write articles about nutrition, food & co. and gets to lead the yoga department for Safs & Beta.
