The retreat is a qualified, well-founded and health insurance-certified yoga course. You can apply for a subsidy for the retreat from your health insurance company.



True to the motto "Feel Good in the Allgäu" you will experience a relaxed retreat without a strict schedule or strict program. Your individual needs will be addressed here. So you can start the day with a cozy cup and then e.g. B. enjoy a yoga class at the old castle or at one of the nearby lakes. In the afternoon you can experience leisure activities with Simone, such as a yoga breath walk or enjoy the day relaxing in the wellness area of a nearby hotel. You decide what is good for you and what makes you happy.

You can end the evenings alone or together with Simone and the other participants with a cozy dinner or barbecue or with a visit to the cinema.  


Would you like to learn meditation techniques and breathing techniques in one day that you can incorporate into your everyday life? You can also experience this with Simone, because as a meditation course leader and with her further training in business yoga and stress management, she is the perfect contact person for this.  

Also workshop topics,  such as yoga for beginners, yoga and pelvic floor (after recovery), sources of energy in yoga, various philosophical topics (freedom, courage, trust, joy....), burnout prevention, alignment can be used during the retreat. We can particularly recommend the holiday apartment in the artist house "Allerhand".  The apartment is run by a very likeable artist couple  companies. The apartment is in  upper floor of her house. This stylish and lovingly furnished holiday apartment has everything your heart desires and impresses with its many small details. The overnight price per person is around 60 euros. Here you can feel completely comfortable. There is also an artist shop in the basement of the house, which is definitely worth a visit. A special feature here is the location of the holiday apartment, which is located in the center of Kisslegg, so that everything is within walking distance, and the yoga spots can also be reached on foot in about 5 minutes.  



As a further piece of jewellery, we can recommend the Hotel Gasthof Ochsen . The inn is embedded in a wonderful landscape between mountains, lakes, meadows and forests near the new castle in Kisslegg.  

The hotel's wellness area is approx. 400 square meters and has various saunas, brine relaxation room, infrared cabin, steam bath, adventure showers and ice fountain, relaxation rooms and an outdoor area with a view of the castle park. You can also enjoy a special wellness highlight here, the Kisslegger beer bath. The rooms are equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable. You can end the evening in the hotel's beer garden with a home-brewed beer. The price for one night per person is around EUR 59. The yoga spots at Simone  you can reach on foot in about 5 minutes. 



Another recommendation is the guesthouse Lichtblick . This is a cozy guest house at a small price. The operator's name is Lisa and she is a loving, unconventional, down-to-earth, spiritual biker woman. The three guest rooms are located directly in Lisa's house and offer everything you need to feel comfortable. In the beautiful garden there is a barbecue area, which invites you to cozy barbecue evenings. The hostess will spoil you with a breakfast according to your preferences, so that none of your wishes remain unfulfilled. The cost for a single room is EUR 45 and for a double room EUR 65 per day. 
You can reach your yoga spots in about 10 minutes on foot.

Depending on whether you decide on a three-day or six-day retreat, you will receive 4 x 90-minute yoga sessions or 8 x 90-minute yoga sessions. You can choose from different yoga styles, like  Choose Hatha Yoga, Yoga Nidra or Nature Yoga. The yoga sessions are suitable for both beginners and advanced yogis.

At a get-together, Simone will tell you about the beautiful corners of Kißlegg, give you secret tips and places that you absolutely must visit and all this while enjoying a welcome drink together at the beautiful castle grounds of the old Kißlegg castle.

Simon Schmid

Having grown up in the Allgäu in the midst of wonderful nature and having returned here years later, she now lives with her family in Kisslegg in the Allgäu. Simone is  Yoga teacher (5-year training with health insurance approval), head of the training "yoga course leader" at the health academy/yoga center of the vh Ulm, occupational therapist, meditation course leader and has attended further training in the areas of business yoga, stress management, burn-out prophylaxis.  

During her studies (ethnology/empirical cultural studies) she got to know countries and people in their different facets on longer trips. All encounters gave her impulses for her way, both intellectually and emotionally.  

She first practiced yoga when she was seventeen and after learning about other exercise systems,  Yoga was the best thing for her. The philosophical texts, the body, breathing and meditation techniques  result in an inexhaustible abundance, into which she dives again and again with joy.
